These guys are absolutely brilliant. Completely stood out from all the other places we tried while shopping for an emerald ring to mark our 20th wedding anniversary. The service from Raj and Gavin was exemplary, so much knowledge, great advice and so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special piece. I will definitely be back and will recommend to all of my friends and family.

My partner and I visited all the jewellery shops in search of an engagement ring and was about to go home disappointed. The last shop was Diamond Dealer Direct and thankfully we went in !
I can not testify enough how fantastic my whole experience was. They firstly had my perfect ring secondly it was cheaper than all the other shops we had been to. The service was so wonderful all the staff are so friendly and kind . We spoke to Raj who was professional but also so easy to talk to we felt we were in safe hands.

We were shopping for an engagement ring and out of all the shops we went to on the day, it was in this one where we felt best and ended up buying from.
Raj was really good and helped my partner in choosing her ring which wasn't easy, trust me!
He talked us through various options, explaining the pros and cons of each setting/diamond we looked at.
In the end we walked away delighted with our purchase - my partner with her new shiny ring and myself having spent less than expected!

Spent a day engagement ring shopping around the Jewelry Quarter, Raj snr at Diamond Dealers Direct was my first visit - made me feel at ease, gave great advice and wasn't pushy whatsoever.

After going to various other Jewellery shops I found myself back with Raj whom put together exactly what I wanted at a fair price.

The ring was a suprise and I was unsure on sizing but this was no problem, all sorted and resized without any hassle.

Would recommend Diamond Dealers Direct to anyone, an uncomfortable process for a bloke made easy.

My husband and myself previously visited Raj in 2008 when we were looking to have a ring made for a special occasion, he made me a beautiful trilogy ring which I have worn every day since and it still makes me feel proud when I look at it today as it is so unique to me because we helped to design it.
Earlier this year we paid a second visit to Raj , this time to his lovely shop in Warstone lane. As we have recently retired I wanted to mark the occasion with another special ring so who best to go and see but Raj we felt he was the best person for us.
He again guided us through different ideas and sourced us the most beautiful diamonds and aquamarine stones he could find.
From start to final fitting we cannot praise him enough, with his amazing knowledge in this field I-have the most beautiful heirloom to hand down to future generations and which I proudly wear today.

We went together as a couple to buy my engagement ring and what a fantastic experience we had with diamond direct. We didn’t really have an idea what we were looking for (the engagement was a complete surprise!) but Raj was so knowledgable and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. All of the jewellery was beautiful and we really liked a ring and we were pretty sure it was the one - but Raj didn’t put any pressure on us to buy it there and then and told us to sleep on it. We actually went back as soon as the shop opened the next day to get it! When I went to collect it the week later Raj even gave me an umbrella because it was raining and I had to walk back to work. I cannot rate the experience highly enough. Lovely friendly people and the most beautiful ring. We will definitely be going back for our wedding rings. Thank you so much Raj and team.

Raj was the most approachable and extremely has the most expertise in selecting the perfect jewellery. My daughter wanted to select the perfect diamond pendent for her 18th bday. Raj was such an expert at advising us on the choices available. He took his time and my daughter found the perfect piece of diamond. Happy girl!!! Raj even helped me repair my wedding ring. Looks brand new after 24 years. Honestly we will only come to Raj now and my daughter boosts about having her own diamond shop for life to go and purchase her forever diamonds from Raj. If you want beautiful jewellery Gavin is your man! We have been dealing with Gavin at diamond dealer direct for a few years now. We initially visited the jewellery quarters to buy my engagement ring and from then we have purchased several pieces of jewellery (both in the shop and over email/phone then posted out to us). Gavin has worked hard to ensure that we have got exactly what we wanted within our budget. My most recent purchase was a special piece which Gavin put together for me to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. I received this ring today and it is just perfect. I was looking for a diamond ring and a wedding band for my fiancé. She traveled from the US, where I work to spend time with me. On a Friday I took her to the Jewerly Quarter since I grew up in Coventry, and was familiar with the JQ and its fame for quality diamonds and rings. We spent all that day going from one store to another and asking questions and looking at rings and diamonds. I am lucky since I was educated in looking at diamonds from a previous time years ago.

We picked up a lot of cards and asked many questions, on delivery times and weight and clarity of diamonds they could supply. My fiancé was particular in the diamond she wanted, size was not important but clarity and colour were. I got many quotes and spoke to many of the diamond and ring dealers in and around DDD's shop but did not visit them that day.

We left with many quotes and some timelines for completed rings and I would say we were satisfied with the results. The next day we went back to the DQ because I wanted to buy her a ring that she wanted before she went back to the US.

This time we looked at other shops and found DDD. I was not forced inside but went in of my own accord and was greeted pleasantly and warmly. We spoke with a salesperson and went through a process of defining what we wanted as we did with the other shops the day before. The prices they quoted were reasonable and better than what we had been quoted the day before.

Then Raj spoke to us. My fiancé only wanted a IF/ FL diamond, with clarity D. Raj was so good with us and somehow had one diamond on hand that fit that description. It was also triple excellent rated. I checked the diamond myself and it was excellent. We then spent the next hour going over the setting with Raj and cost. We then left for half hour and returned.

On returning Raj greeted us again but was busy with another customer. We waited and spoke to each other about the cost and wedding bands. Whilst we waited Raj called one of his other staff members and asked them to take care of us for the Pt wedding bands.

As soon as he was free, I spoke with him and asked if he could do something about the price and timeline. The ring is worth 5 figures and the discount Raj offered us was exceptional, but we wanted a bit more since we also needed wedding bands. This is the first and hopefully only marriage for us and we wanted to get the right stone and right bands.

Raj is a great person firstly, so kind and understanding and knowledgable. He knew the diamond was excellent and from our own research it was worth more than he offered it to us for. We spend time discussing the cost and timeline and we were accommodated by Raj.

Two weeks later I went to pick up the rings including the wedding bands. I checked the number laser etched on the diamond with the certificate and they matched. I did this in front of the staff and no one had a problem with me doing it. All checked out and the diamond and setting were excellent.

In summary, if you need a ring or diamond at a great price go to DDD. They beat all of the other shops we went to on price and service, (and we visited 15 in total). Ask for Raj he is excellent and kind, he understands your needs and his 40+ years of experience are invaluable to decision making. I also, got my valuation certificate for insurance purposes and I can see the savings I made over the value of the diamond ring. If you need a ring go see Raj at DDD. Best in the JQ from my experience.

I was referred to Raj by a close friend who has been purchasing goods from Diamond Dealer Direct for years. Despite initially shopping around, it was the experience with Raj that put me most at ease. On my first visit I was there to buy an engagement ring and Raj took the time with me to explain everything in detail. The ring was a big success with the fiancé. We returned for our wedding rings and again the experience was enjoyable and we got exactly what we wanted. Since then we have also purchased rings for the wider family, recently my mother in law bought a ring and again Raj was super helpful, he always remembers you and makes you feel looked after. Amazing service by Raj Parekh. We visited all engagement ring shops in the Jewellery quarter, but Raj was head and shoulders above the rest. We had limited knowledge and he was keen to explain all available options to us and even allow us to design a bespoke ring (which turned out better than we expected!)
His service was so great that he allowed us to check in with him via WhatsApp for updates on the ring
