Diamond Dealer Direct was my favourite place out of all the jewellery stores I visited in jewellery quarter.

Gavin provided helpful advice and was clearly very knowledgeable. His a credit to the company and his service should not go unrecognised. Especially when compared to the customer service at other stores, where there was a very pushy sales tactic or the complete opposite and a complete lack of enthusiasm from the staff serving.

Although it was my first visit searching for the perfect ring, I will be back again and would definitely recommend this place to others largely because of the customer service received from Gavin.

Our overall experience with Diamond Dealer was fantastic from start to finish. Raj helped us source the perfect diamond for my engagement ring which I absolutely love and couldn’t find anything similar across all the other stores in Jewellery Quarter. We really appreciated Raj’s approach as he was not pushy at all and was clearly really trying to help us get the right ring and was super responsive to our questions even after we left the shop. I would highly recommend this store if you’re looking to buy diamonds as not only was the experience brilliant, we also got the best price available from shopping around the quarter. I was really pleasantly surprised overall.

This was the 4th store we visited in Jewelry quarter.
We were quickly personally assisted.
Diane was straight into action, she guided me straight to the curved shape my engagement ring required and within 3 suggesting pulled out the perfect one!
Diane considered the metal, amount of diamonds, complimenting my E.ring and confirmed my ring size.
Highly professional.
All the details i needed to order my wedding band were in writing for me and i was reassured to contact her any time.
The price was great aswell and even chose to have it delivered to my home address for £25 instead of travelling to B.Ham again.

I think that I visited nearly every shop in the Jewellery Quarter in my search for a large princess cut diamond. It soon became apparent that what I was looking for was bespoke and I found Diamond Dealer Direct were by far the most welcoming, helpful and competitive. Raj sourced me several diamonds to view and Gavin assisted me in my selection. Both were extremely knowledgeable and the customer service I received was second to none. I spent several hours over a couple of visits with them, pictures and messages sent via Whatsapp in between, nothing was ever too much trouble. Don’t waste your time anywhere else, if what you are looking for is not in the window, they will make it! Simply ask Raj and your dream will come true!

In my opinion the best jewellers in the quarter! I dealt with Raj and I was so impressed with his honesty, professionalism and his fairness with the price. I had visited several jewellers in the quarter and the other rings were just not up to the mark!

I will definitely be going back and also recommending Raj to all. You won’t be disappointed.

I bought my Fiance's diamond engagement ring and our Wedding Bands from Diamond Dealer Direct; and we were dealt with by Raj.

I highly recommend this shop. Having talked to a number of the shops in the Jewelry Quarter, these guys were by far the most honest, non-pushy, engaging, knowledgeable, best value and had a great large selection.

Some of the other shops will give you champagne and schmooze, sweet talk your fiance, and even though they are helpful you can't help but feel you're paying over the odds and they aren't telling you what matters most about Diamonds and the ring you want. Diamond Dealer Direct on the other hand, are friendly, clear, open, knowledgeable and help you make the right decision for you, at a much better price, and a great quality finished product.

All the personnel in the shop seemed helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. However, in dealing with Raj I can't recommend him enough. Nice guy, really knows his stuff, personal service, goes out of his way to impart knowledge and help, and will ensure you are happy at an affordable price.

Go and talk to a few shops and then go to Diamond Dealer Direct for your final purchase, and you'll see what I mean!

If you need an engagement ring or any type of jewellery custom made, look no further. Been a pleasure working with Raj, from the initial discussion, to the designing aspect and then bringing the design to life.

We walked up and down all the other like premises but did not find any that matched their quality of jewellery or, and actually equally importantly, the standard of customer service and care.

They are all so attentive, professional and knowledgable, clearly placing customer service and satisfaction right up there.

I went into Diamond Dealer Direct as an impromptu visitor, following a visit to another Diamond retailer.

I was very impressed by the clear explanations on what diamonds are available, and the various differences in the actual stones. Raj was fantastic in helping us understand the differences, and also showed us what to look out for. There was no "sales push" at all, which we welcomed.

We returned to see Raj a couple of weeks later and showed him the quotes and ring styles we were looking at (elsewhere). He helped us see what was missing (ie certification and diamond quality) and showed us some good alternatives.

We took a good few weeks before we returned. We felt most comfortable with Raj, as there was no pressure to buy anything, and he always made time to explain or show new rings.

We bought 3 rings over the space of a few weeks and Raj also helped me re-size a ring, which we bought elsewhere.

Overall, a wonderful service from a chap with a genuine passion for diamonds. Even when very busy, we were served, and catered for.

We will continue to buy rings and diamonds from Diamond Dealer Direct, and can only commend them for their superior and friendly service.

I bought my engagement ring from here, and I dealt with Raj, who could not have been more helpful or reassuring. He guided me through sizes and different diamonds to suit my budget and requirements. We used Diamond Dealer Direct 10 years ago to buy my engagement ring and our wedding rings so it was the first place we headed to buy an eternity ring. Raj was so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and we left not only with a beautiful ring but fine dining restaurant recommendations too! Diamond Dealer Direct was the first place we ventured to on our journey to finding the right engagement ring, wedding band and the Groom’s ring.
