Recently had a bespoke ring made by Diamond Dealer containing diamonds and rubies. Was served by Rahima who was very helpful and knowledgable. Was able to try on several different styles of rings without feeling pressured to buy. The ring was made quickly and I am very happy with it. I also had my wedding ring and engagement ring cleaned which was an added bonus, will certainly be returning 😊

Excellent service helping us select an eternity ring to mark our 40th anniversary. We had previously purchased a ring for our 30th from them. All of the staff were most helpful ensuring the new ring was suitable for our needs. Very prompt delivery of a specific sized ring. Thoroughly recommend.

Raj was both knowledgeable and attentive when serving me. I felt very informed and he guided me through the process of my purchase without being pushy or using sales tactics so I was able to make my decision without any pressure. I’ll be back again for sure!

We came here to search for wedding and engagement rings. After visiting multiple stores around the Jewellery quarter, Diamon Dealer Direct seemed to be the only place that was extremely helpful, non-pressuring and really adviseable in making our decision and providing/tailoring the rings to the exact specification that we after.
Particularly, Raj Parekh was super supportive, and very kind in looking after us. He was highly knowledgable and took really good care of us, whilst making it very clear that there was no pressure at all to purchase anything. We had been to the Jewellery Quarter before. I had been to other jewellers, but the quality of service received by the director Purna Vora and her team was brilliant. I found the absolute perfect ring for my wedding. The ring quality is brilliant and certified too.

10 years ago we brought our engagement ring from Diamond Direct so for my wife’s eternity ring we wanted to go back.
Raj was available to help us and was absolutely amazing. Raj is so knowledgeable and extremely helpful and even managed to get the ring sized on the same day. There was no pressure and the prices were very competitive. The service with Diamond Direct is always 1st class and would highly recommend Raj and the team to anyone.

Raj and the team are always so welcoming when we visit. We don't go anywhere else but here to buy our jewellery, and travel from Oxford. Absolutely fantastic experience. My friend and I visited the jewellery quarter with a view to buying specific items with a budget in mind.
We visited all the shops in the quarter, but only 2 had what I was after.
There was no comparison or competition, Raj and his colleagues were fantastic. Excellent knowledge, experience and customer service.

Visited the Jewellery Qtr in B’ham whilst on a short break away in January 2022. I wanted an elegant,classic ring with diamonds . The first shop I entered met all my criteria- Diane was most informative and gave excellent advice . I also came to appreciate more knowledge around different materials involved in making fine jewellery. I left to check out other shops in the qtr whilst Diane checked out sizing and pricing that was needed for my choice. I went to two other recommended shops and neither , although very pleasant , gave me the confidence to purchase from them. In supplying my ring every step of the way from choice to delivery time etc was met on time . I’m very pleased with my purchase and have no hesitation in recommending this store. Thank you Barbara

Visited today on a friend’s recommendation- can’t thank my friend enough for this. The staff were more than helpful, no hard sell and great unbiased advice. Lovely professional staff. Purchased a diamond and they set it in the ring within a couple hours Great value for money and will most definitely be going back. Well worth the two hour drive for us to get there. Highly recommended.

Fantastic product, service and experience. Raj in particular cannot help enough and NOTHING is too much of a problem. My mother passed away a few months ago and Raj has been able to amalgamate my mothers engagement ring into my wife's ring, and also her wedding ring into mine. Anyone giving poor reviews are either too fussy or over demanding.........highly recommended.

I purchased a engagement ring from Diamond Dealer Direct and the staff were so friendly and really helped make a big decision very easy by showing me lots of rings within my budget and the style I was looking for. The ring also needed re-sizing which was done very quickly. Overall great service and would highly recommend.

I had a rough idea of what I wanted but because the ring I’d imagined wasn’t on display in any of the shops the staff at Diamond Dealer Direct asked the right questions and were able to create a ring that I absolutely adore. They cleverly used existing settings which saved on the bespoke price and all diamonds were certified.

Easy, no pressure purchase

Had a really straightforward experience with Raj at Diamond Dealer Direct. He offered loads of fantastic advice, was extremely patient and put no pressure on us to make a decision. Purchased engagement ring and wedding bands and it’s been really helpful to have this process complete.

Absolutely fantastic place to get your special rings from. I initially purchased an engagement ring for my now fiancé, and had recently gone back to get the matching wedding ring and a wedding band for myself. Diane dealt with our needs superbly. She is super knowledgable, efficient and friendly with her service. My fiancé, who came from Canada, has since been raving about how great both Diane was but also the quality of the rings available at such great prices.
