Visited a few diamond shops in the area that day, with Diamond Dealer Direct being the last. Easily the best value. Exceptional service from Mr Sat and Mr Raj, who took me through all things diamond! I left the shop feeling like somewhat of an expert myself!

There was no pressure to buy from anyone in the store, even though they had stayed back an extra 25 minutes after closing time; gave me all the information and time to make an informed decision.

With a variety of options available Mr Sat, being a very knowledgeable gemologist, very kindly explained what the differences between the diamonds meant and the criteria that is taken into account when pricing a diamond. I was able to view all the GIA certificates, both in physical format and digital.

Eventually we realised that the exact design that I wanted wasn't immediately available, so Mr Sat and Mr Raj helped me choose the diamond that I wanted and a band design (according to the design I had in mind) and I placed the order. Less than a week later, the ring was made and it looks even better than what I had expected. I'm excited for the rightful owner of the ring to see it for the first time.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Honesty, reliability, quality, value, friendly and quick straight-to-the-point service.

If you feel like you know nothing about diamonds and would like to make an informed decision these guys are a must.

These guys have provided some really great jewellery for my family over the years, in an industry where it's so easy to be sold poor overpriced goods later checks have always provided better than sold results. They are nice peeps who genuinely look after the client.

For my engagement ring, I wanted something unique and Raj - one of the jewellers - chose the best quality emerald stone and band for me. A great experience from start to finish! Having been to a number of different jewellery stores in the area, we found the experience here to be the best. Gavin went through all the various choices available when selecting the best diamond. Not being local to the area, we were keen to have something to take away the same day. I went in to get mine and my fiancé’s rings and both Sat and Diane were very helpful! Both customer service provided was impeccable and the knowledge and advice they had about the rings were very useful which I appreciated a lot! My experience with DDD was fantastic. I got in touch having a design idea in mind and was left in awe of the finished product. All the intricacies of my concept were beautifully presented, and I have just as much praise for Raj who was highly professional. I was greeted with regular contact and great advice throughout the process, and most importantly not once did I experience any push sales spiel - exactly what you want when you are making a large investment, couldn’t recommended any more.

Went here after getting recommended by my brother in law who got my sisters engagement ring here 10 years ago. Raj served me and my partner and gave us his honest thoughts on practicality (showing his vast years of experience in the industry) and found a design which we both liked! He was not pressuring (like marlows next door) and gave us time to think about what we really wanted and then helped us out on a competitive price too.
