Great jewellery shop. An excellent range of diamond rings, Raj was keen for me to get the perfect ring and let me decide at my own pace. I never felt under any pressure to buy. They have the best range of diamond engagement rings out of any of the other shops in the jewellery quarter. Would buy from there again because the service is good and prices reasonable.Thanks Raj - I love my sparkly Engagement ring!

I went into DDD on a Thursday just before lunchtime. I was served by Raj who from start to finish was beyond helpful. I’d been in other jewellers in the area who were pushy but Raj was the complete opposite. Nothing was too much trouble. He showed me multiple stones and bands and left the shop multiple times to go to get more stock.

I ended up choosing the three Individual stones and band. Raj then arranged for it to be set for me that day and I was able to collect the ring 3.5hrs later.

I will be going back to get wedding bands sorted.

Fantastic customer service, made us feel very welcome. We had driven from London. We had been around the Jewellery quarter and had seen a ring that we were set on. I was persuaded by my mother who had brought diamonds from here as well as both of my brothers for their engagement rings. They were very genuine, honest and accommodating to our needs. They explained throughly what everything meant and we walked away with an even better engagement ring than we had previously seen. They explained the bespoke ring could take up to three to four weeks and has arrived a lot sooner. We were kept in the loop the whole time. Great service and top diamond sellers.

Diamond Dealer Direct is hands down the best jeweler in Jewellery Quarter. I worked with Raj to create my bespoke engagement ring and received nothing short of a stellar customer service from start to finish. I had a very specific vision in mind but this didn't stop DDD from providing me with a variety of options within my budget which shows the wide inventory of stones they have access to.

He was professional, very helpful, provided independent objective opinions and went above and beyond when I returned to view stones on multiple occasions. He was also incredibly patient, treated us with respect and was not pushy in the slightest which is one of the main reasons why I chose DDD over other jewellers in the area.

The ring itself turned out perfectly and most importantly, exactly how I wanted. It was clear they took the time to listen to exactly how I wanted the ring to look like and took care to create a high quality product which they can be proud of.

My boyfriend also bought his wedding band from DDD and we found Raj to be very fair on pricing too and he certainly looked after us. I'm glad I chose to work with DDD to create our rings and look forward to creating our next piece with them.

Fantastic service, quality and price. We bought an engagement ring here 8 years ago and received such good service that we travelled 2 hours to buy a platinum band from them. They didn’t have the correct size but Raj managed to get a ring resized within 20 mins whilst we waited. Don’t waste your time trying other jewellers. This is the best place to go! Can't recommend this place enough. This was the first shop I walked into when looking for an engagement ring and after walking round a dozen other shops nothing compared to the service, quality and choice of rings. Sat was absolutely brilliant and made me feel very comfortable when looking for the right ring as I didnt have a clue what I was doing! After a chat, Sat knew exactly what sort of thing I was looking for and helped me with great detail as to what would be the best option for me. My partner absolutely adores the ring I chose as well, so I couldn't be happier.

My fiancé and I had a lovely experience purchasing her engagement ring. Satish was very professional and knowledgable and explained everything to us, and allowed us plenty of time to decide every detail of the ring. He was also very flexible in showing us exactly what we were looking for and did not put any pressure on us. He also gave us impartial expert advice. He kept us updated once we had ordered it and sent us lots of pictures when it was ready. I recently purchased an engagement ring for my fiance. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable when we looked at various products. The rings were good quality and competitive/flexible prices. There was no pressure either, staff were relaxed and let us work through our preferences. The best jewellery place in the midlands. Thank you to all the staff for their help in my purchase of the engagement ring. I had no knowledge of rings before hand, but the staff spent the time discussing all the details with me to give me a great understanding of the exact ring that i wanted. Sat has a wealth of knowledge and will do his best to learn what you want and offer you what you want instead of what would be the best financially for the business. It took me two visits to be sure what I wanted and Sat was patient and understanding and it is much appreciated when making such a big purchase

Had a small interaction with Raj P too who is just as conversational and easy going. I haven’t felt once like I was being forced into buying something which is unlike other jewellery shops I have experienced in the area.
