I love this shop, after purchasing my partners engagement ring, then wedding ring, then diamond earrings from them. I don't think I would shop any where else!

He was extremely professional throughout the process of ordering an engagement ring and was able to give tailored advice to meet the needs of what i was looking for. We’ve been meaning to write a review since end of last year when we purchased an engagement ring from Raj. It’s perfect and so was the service, we just walked in and the shop was almost closing but Raj took the time to sit with us and talk through all the options, and didn’t push on us like salespeople can. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Purna was extremely helpful when selecting the right diamond for my needs. We looked through several choices and were guided without being pushed into spending more than our budget, very professional.

Went to see Raj.P. today to buy the wife a diamond bracelet. I have known this guy for a long time and he always gets my business for jewellery. He is a top man and so genuine. We visited back in January to get an engagement ring designed and made. By chance, DDD was the first shop we wondered into and i'm extremely glad we did. The service (Sat, thank you), was excellent - very knowledgable, honest and completely pressure-free. I came out the shop very pleased and feeling like I'd got more than what I thought was possible in value, quality and customer service. The ring was ready nicely ahead of time and DDD arranged delivery for me. Both my partner and I are extremely pleased with the outcome, and I will recommend this shop to anyone who asks.

Can not fault this place. They are so welcoming and friendly - without being overbearing which is so important when you’re looking for wedding rings. Jayne in the Birmingham store was incredible - from start to finish. She was happy to offer advice but also gave us the time and space we needed to consider what we wanted out of our wedding rings. The owner’s presence is a nice touch and it’s reassuring that they are there for anything you may need - not that we did need anything extra as Jayne was wonderful. We bought my engagement ring from here and it was the first and only place we looked for wedding rings. The quality and beauty of these rings is exceptional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We received fantastic customer service from Gavin (before we even entered the shop - he was so friendly but not pushy In the slightest) and then by Raj who found us the most perfect ring from the amazing selection! Jayne helped myself and my fiancé get our wedding bands sorted today and she was SO helpful! She was really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We were helped by Jayne while looking for earrings and she was helpful and knowledgeable. Jayne was happy to take her time even though the shop was full and she did us a fantastic deal. Very happy and will definitely return because of her service.

Raj looked after me from start to finish, I can not praise him enough. They are in business to sell however this place shows and takes pride, they take their customers through a special journey, educating and spending time with their customers so they know what they are buying. The prices are fair and that's all you need because what you get is quality.

Buying an engagement ring can be expensive these guys understand that and they want you to ultimately walk away knowing you have been looked after. could not ask for me I am really happy with these guys.

We purchased an engagement ring from Raj on 20th December. He was very helpful in finding us a diamond ring at a great price compared to other jewellers in the area. We had visited a number of jewellers on the day and Raj was able to bring the cost down for us slightly on a price match.

All I can say is they were honest, professional and able to exceed expectations on ring quality. Packaged nicely too!

In terms of after care service- my partner later was unsure if she should have chosen a 4 claw (instead of 6 claw) raj was very helpful in allowing us to come back in and change the setting if we wished (incurring labour costs) but my partner has since changed her mind and loves the ring and the setting as is.

Thank you very much we shall return for our wedding bands at a later date!

So friendly and helpful. Great selection of jewellery but if they haven't got what you want, they'll get it. Even with fantastic reasonable prices they are still happy to discuss a reduction to meet your budget. Will definitely be going back again.
