Awesome service from Jane- knowledgeable, not pushy. Want a trilogy diamond ring, naturally got one and spent a bit more than I’d planned but the ring is definitely a one off - no other like it anywhere. A wonderful friendly lady who knows her stuff - she picked it based on my description! Buzzing ! Go and see Jane.

This shop contains a wonderful range of diamonds fit for every purse with the most knowledgeable and personable set of advisors you would ever wish to meet. The service, price honesty and end piece of jewellery are all amazing .

We would not buy diamonds from anywhere else and we have to drive 250 miles for this pleasure..

I've bought from DDD now on three occasions however this is my first review. I must say that the quality of service, knowledge, competitive price and friendliness of Raj and his team is 1st class. Thanks to Diane on this occasion for helping us pick our wedding rings.

We travelled some 2.5 hours on recommendation to visit DDD - my wife had done some research using the information on the website and on arrival we were introduced to Sat. With the information we gave him Sat patiently explained the various differences and qualities relating to diamonds and ensured we got exactly what we wanted and at a good price. We spent a couple of hours in the shop - nothing was too much trouble. We have just returned to collect the ring - my wife is very happy. I'd recommend DDD - and with particular thanks to Sat for his patience and knowledge.

Raj helped my now fiancée and I to select the most beautiful diamond and setting to match our budget. There was absolutely NO hard sell, no pushiness whatsoever. In fact, at one point he literally told us to go away and think about it before finalising our choice. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable..a master of diamonds I’d say! And he and the other staff members were so friendly and accommodating. I am over the moon with my ring, we will definitely buy our wedding rings from Raj, the deal he gave us makes other jewellers unable to compete. I spent some time searching the jewellery quarter for an engagement ring. Not only did they have the largest range of settings I encountered I was also afforded the time and patience needed to make me feel totally comfortable with all of my choices (even during a very busy time and with me not knowing much about the subject).
Even after the purchase, Raj remembered me and was very accommodating when the ring needed resizing.
Will definitely go back for the wedding rings.

I recently had a big birthday and my husband took me to the Jewellery Quarter to buy me a new engagement ring. I tried on quite a few rings but after trying on my trilogy diamond ring in Diamond Dealer Direct I knew this was the one for me. Nothing was too much trouble, our assistant Monika assured me the ring I chose could be made in yellow gold and because I live in Cumbria she arranged for it to be posted to me. I learned so much about the quality, clarity and cut of diamonds from Monika. Yesterday my ring arrived and I am so happy with it and cannot stop looking at it. May I also add how surprised I was at the cost and the valuation of the ring! Diamond dealer direct were recommended to us by a family member who had also purchased their wedding rings here a few years earlier. When we went to visit we were led over to Raj who was so friendly and welcoming and made us feel at ease straightaway. This shop is always busy, but despite this Raj gave us his whole focus and took the time to get to know exactly what we wanted. Raj is very knowledgeable and it is obvious that he is passionate about his trade. He took the time to explain the importance of diamond cut, clarity and colour and fluorescence and answered all my questions. My fiancé and I later went back having been to a few other stores as Raj (and Minh) gave us the best price and the best diamond for our money. The rings were ready on time and look absolutely stunning! The service at diamond dealer direct was second to none and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

We purchased a large diamond solitaire from Diamonds Direct in 2012 to replace jewellery that had sadly been stolen during house burglary. Unfortunately, we were again recently burgled while on holiday, although this time it was mainly my car and several items of jewellery. Thankfully my wife’s diamond ring was secure on her finger with us on holiday. This prompted me to check for the original receipt and valuation certificate. However, this could not be found. I contacted Diamond Dealer Direct and agreed to visit to discuss. My wife and I visited the shop last Thursday and was greeted by Raj Parekh. He was extremely helpful and requested an approximate date of purchase. This we could accurately give as my wife’s best friend also purchased a solitaire on the same day. Raj then went away and within 20 minutes found the original purchase receipt that we could scan. A replacement certificate was also issued. I cannot thank Raj, also Minh and rest of Diamond Dealer Direct for there customer service, they went above and beyond any expectations. Congratulations and well done.

We are also extremely pleased with my wife’s new additional diamond ring purchase, Raj being extremely helpful without any sales pressure.

The service, from the moment I walked into the door to the point of collecting the ring Diamond Dealer Direct were incredibly courteous.

Raj was brilliant at explaining everything from the four c's to the extra details like fluorescence, which other jewellers failed to explain. I wanted my fiancee to pick her ring and Raj was able to maintain a level of privacy about my budget in-front of my fiancee that other jewellers did not.

Despite spending over an hour with us, Raj did not expect a sale. He simply wanted to educate us in our choices and get to know us better as customers and as people.

I had been to a few places and was very pressured into picking an expensive ring at a much lower quality. Raj was very patient and in the end I decided to purchase an engagement ring.

My fiancee and I were really happy with the purchase that when we came back to collect the engagement ring, we bought our wedding bands from DDD too. Dianne was so pleasant and showed us equal care and time. I believe the service is something built into DDD and what makes them better than most of the jewellers I had been to.

After looking around in the jewellery quarter for the whole day, we ended up here. Raj P taught us all about diamonds and what to look out for etc. ( no other shop did this) he went in to depth and taught us a lot. As soon as we walked in we were introduced to Raj Parekh who couldn’t do enough for us. We wanted a really bespoke engagement ring and Raj built it up for us until we got the perfect one. What a fabulous experience. From going to choose the ring we had a very lovely lady explaining everything about the diamond from cut, certification, clarity, fluorescence etc. She guided us through everything and we were overwhelmed with the experience she had. She advised the ring would be 3 weeks and today I went to collect. Absolutely perfect. Greeted with a lovely gentleman who presented my ring , which was perfect. I had been looking for a diamond bracelet, and having looked all around the jewellery quarter I found the style I wanted was being offered by Diamond Dealer Direct for a far better price than any of the other shops which carried the same bracelet. The owner was very passionate about his business and took some time to explain about the other services he provides. I'm a part-qualified gemologist and based on the prices of some of the rings I looked at during my visit and the quality of the stones offered for those prices I would say that this shop provides excellent value for money. A few days after my purchase I received an insurance valuation for my bracelet as I had requested so I was very happy with their after sales service. Although I don't live in the area I would definitely go back there for future jewellery purchases.
