Very helpful
Had a problem with logging in (I had made a mistake) so phoned them up and spoke to Ella who was very helpful and sorted my mistake out and put me on the right track in a very friend manner.

Problem solved quickly.
Very helpful after I had a problem loading my boundless membership on the Dine app.I have previously held a dine membership and the details were still on the system. All sorted in a few minutes very efficient and professional.

Ella helped me join Dine.
Tried to join Dine via Boundless. Uploaded the app but had problems as it expected me to have a password already so couldn't log in. Phoned and spoke to Ella who talked me through the system and successfully sorted my log in details. She was extremely helpful and patient and really pleasant to talk with. Thank you Ella.

My membership was quickly reinstated following a misunderstanding on my part. Receipt of my initial email was immediately acknowledged and within four hours Toby had sorted everything out.
