All went very well!
I was worried because this company had a few negative reviews, but the cost was much more competitive than some other options. I could maybe have tried uber or sthg but I was really tight on time and wanted sthg booked solid. I was going to call and explain that the pick up time was very important but they called me first (because my pick up wasn’t from the airport, but my hotel nearby, and they wanted to confirm).
They gave me the number of my driver, Noor, and he responded and confirmed the time the day before. He was there a few minutes early and the drive was comfortable and I paid the price I was quoted, no last minute changes or anything like that. Same thing next day.
Strongly recommend, they did exactly what I needed. Made it back to my sister’s wedding in time!

Flight arrival time shifted to almost an hour earlier. Not only did DAT Ltd not adjust their pick up time based on the new flight arrival time, but arrived later than the booked pick up time, leaving me waiting for over two hours after baggage claim.
Avoid this company at all costs
The company were late picking me up at the airport. The return trip booked 4 days later was meant to be with the 10:45 a.m. pickup. They arrived at about 4:15 a.m. causing the hotel to wake me. The message was passed on about the correct time. They elected not to arrive at all. I called the office and they had no interest in resolving the problem. Avoid this bunch at all costs
Don’t trust if you need a cab to the airport
Booked a cab for 3:30am on 15th September to Gatwick. Called the day before to confirm. On the morning of collection I called when no one arrived to be put through to the driver, his wife or whoever answered and said he was in bed sleeping. No one could tell me if there was anyone coming to collect me for my flight. Shocking. No follow up either or apology from the company. Uber to the rescue and these companies wonder why they’re losing out. Disgusting service. If you have a flight to catch I genuinely wouldn’t trust this outfit make sure you have a backup on standby as they won’t even inform you there’s an issue you’ll rudely find out at the time you’re supposed to be collected.

I booked and paid in advance for an MVP which seats 6 passengers. There were three of us (all women) who we were traveling from three different locations. Because I did not know how much luggage we would all have, I chose the 6 passenger as opposed to the 4 passenger so there would be no issue with space. I also chose and paid additional for a meet and greet so that the driver would meet us in the airport. Our time was booked for 8:30 AM. Getting through customs and security was a breeze so we were 15 minutes early into the arrivals area. I called the company to let them know we were early even though I did not expect them to be there already. I was told that the driver was a half hour away which meant 8:45, 15 minutes than our scheduled time. Not a big deal. But then I had to call two more times when our driver had not arrived by 9:00. I was connected to the driver during the second of those three calls and he informed me that he was not told that he was to meet and greet us in arrivals which meant he still had to park. At 9:10 he finally gets to us and I can see from the look on his face that he was concerned about something. Then he said "I hope this luggage fits." I mentioned that I had ordered the six person van. He walks us to the car and not only is it not the van, it is a small five person (so four passenger car) with very little luggage room. We had to jam the luggage into the back and put three bags in the front passenger seat. Then we three grown women had to sit smashed into the back seat of this small car for the hour drive into London. If even one of us were plus sized, it would not have been possible to all sit in the back.
The dispatcher actually argued with me about the car size telling me that he sent this car because I put 3 passengers. I told him several times that it does not matter whether I put down three passengers, I ordered and paid for a six passenger van (which is more expensive than a 4 passenger car). I called to say I wanted to speak with someone and was told they would contact me. I have emailed four times and I still have heard nothing.
It does not matter how many passengers I put on the form. There could have been just me and they would have needed to confirm with me whether or not I was ok with a smaller car. They would also need to adjust the price accordingly. I am going to file a dispute with the credit card company.
Shameful behaviour
DO NOT USE FOR AIRPORT PICKUPS. They left my family with a 4 year old stranded at the airport at night, after a long, delayed journey, having pressured us to pay extra fees that their own T&Cs make clear weren't due. We'd given them the flight number, and went straight from the plane to the meeting point, in under 45 minutes. I'd even phoned them as a courtesy before take-off to warn them the flight was delayed. We explained the situation to our driver and stuck to our rights (as clearly stated in section 8 of the firm's T&Cs of 27/7/2023), at which point the driver refused to take us and left without us. We then had to book an Uber to get home. When I asked the company for a refund, they completely passed the buck, saying I should refer to minicabit - the platform I booked them through - rather than issuing the refund themselves, which the platform allows them to do. Totally shameful driver, and zero integrity customer support from the business. Avoid the hassle, and just get an Uber instead - it was cheaper too!
Scam Company, Complete Cowboys
Awful company. I booked a taxi for 4 people and two large suitcases. Taxi arrived 20 minutes late and an extraordinary half out of it, taxi driver turned up. No apology. Then driver complained said we had too much stuff.
When we got to car (which was a standard sized 5 seater estate car) and had plenty of room for our stuff, driver said no one is allowed to sit in the front as it had her stuff in which (which was very suspiciously covered up with her jacket!) and said all 4 passengers must sit in the back of the car with children on our laps!!! You couldn’t make it up.
A large argument ensued as it was illegal what she was trying to make us do plus we had booked for 4 people. We went to leave as there was no way we’re going to illegally squeeze 4 people in the back of taxi and I went to take some of stuff out of the front seat and the female taxi driver hit me on the arm in a fit of rage!! Awful company and do not use.
They cancelled with no other option.
I booked a car to the airport 2 weeks in advance, I called to confirm a few days before my trip, and they said it was all fine. Only 12 hours before my journey they cancelled my booking by email, with no other option. I called and they said they didn't have drivers available (when it had been confirmed). This is disgraceful, stay away from this company!

Tried to double to price then cancelled the booking! We booked three weeks before we needed the transfer, paid and received the booking confirmation. Then we received a week saying we would have to pay double or they would cancel it. I asked for confirmation email of the higher price and reason. Nothing. I called 3 days before and told the booking was fine and confirmed. Then I received an email 2 days before saying the booking was just cancelled. We are now left totally in the lurch and they still have not refunded our money

Booked a return journey from Bayswater to Heathrow. On the way to the airport, the M4 was closed but they hadn’t checked - a basic requirement of a taxi company. On our return, I called to ask where the car was, to be told it had broken down & would not be collecting us. I have waited ten days for a refund & asked on several occasions. Still no refund. These people are totally unreliable & untrustworthy. Do not use them.

Booked and paid for online. Then they called 8 hours before pickup to say the price had gone up due to a train strike and I had to pay the extra in cash. The strike was known about at the time I booked.
The driver turned up 40 minutes late, no apology.

Booked a transfer from London Heathrow and a return journey for the same price online, the price was 80 pounds each way for a transporter vehicle, price confirmed via email and chat. 1 day before arrival they called me and changed the price to 100 pounds for pickup, i had no choice as i was landing the next day. On the return journey back to heathrow they sent a smaller vehicle, not for what i paid for, and since then they are not replying to email or messages and are not willing to refund me the diffrence.

Left stranded
Waiting at airport after a long flight. No cab arrived. On calling the firm, I was told they weren’t coming, as it was a low cost fare. £68. I was left stranded. A very poor way to treat a loyal customer, and totally unacceptable. I will not be using this company again.
