Booked a service and was assured by a rep online that a car will be made available. Sadly, they cancelled my booking the night before because they could not find a driver. I do not know why an assurance is given when it cannot be fulfilled. Not even an apology was offered for the cancellation. Poor customer service. I would rather turn to UBER than deal with this company again.

I used this company to drive me from Heathrow to a London Hotel and back at the end of my stay and I found them to be very friendly and helpful on the phone in meeting my requirements. The drivers were also very friendly, cooperative and helpful delivering a very efficient service. The charges were also very reasonable.

This is the 5th time I came to Luton Airport and the driver was waiting there with the name board.

I would highly recommend this taxi company. We had a tempo traveler which was perfect for the long journeys we did. Our driver, Jerry was absolutely fantastic; he was knowledgeable (always able to find perfect places to eat), a safe driver and generally the most perfect driver we could have hoped for. We think the price for the transport was very fair and we would definitely use this company again.

They left us stranded for 50 minutes. Wouldn’t recommend.
