Scam artists - DO NOT USE.
Booked a taxi a few days ago from West London to Gatwick. Taxi booked because trains weren’t running due to the strike. Price was booked and paid for at £74.
They called me less than 24 hours before the booking to say that the “price had gone up” due to the strike and that if I still wanted to travel it would now be £120.
Pure profiteering and dishonesty. The strike was already on when I booked (I wouldn’t need to get a taxi otherwise!). What a disgraceful way to treat customers. They value nothing.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered a taxi, and two taxis turned up. I was charged for both.

During the trip with the taxi we took, the driver called the office and was informed that we would not be charged for the second taxi.

I phoned the office after the trip had ended and was told I wouldn't get a refund. Extremely disappointing

Customer service was terrible

They quoted £69 for a booking (offering also an extra 10% discount with the app) and then they charged on my card £82.80 instead. after 20 minutes they called and asked me to cancel the booking from the app because they don’t have cars available.

Absolute disgrace of a company, this company is a SCAM. I was quoted £77 and used the app code especially to receive an extra £7 off.
Not only was I charged £92 but now on my return journey where I booked £77 again, they are charging me
£10 to get home the “fast way” otherwise they will take a longer route of 2 and a half hours. Absolute disgrace and I have already sought legal advice.

Driver on time and good service. Thank you for helping my family with luggages. Well I don't know who write bad reviews for this decent company.

Best cab service which I have ever used in my life - the cab was on time driver was friendly and the car was clean. Thanks for having a car seat for my friends baby. & customer services is very helpful I can give 10/10 after my experience.

This is the worst taxi company I have ever encountered in my life. If I could, I would give 0/5 stars

1) Called me at 5:55 am and woke me up to change the time of the booking on the day of my travel.
2) The car broke down 3 hours before my flight and the driver was extremely rude to me. The company didn't send another car to take me to the aiport, they literally stranded my by the side of the road. Thank God UBER exists, I would have missed my flight otherwise.
3) I have been chasing them for a refund for almost 2 months now, and they keep saying "Your request has been processed and you should receive your in 2-3 days" every time I try to contact them. :)

Driver was on time and helped to picked up my luggage also - very polite in tone. Fab service - Thank you DAT Cars. I would recommend my friends and family as well.

They failed to turn up to our booking with a toddler seat despite it being specifically requested via our booking and confirmed. Then they would not even apologise or offer any solution and seemed completely unable to understand why we might be concerned at the prospect of driving without our 2 year old safely strapped in.

1h+ delay, no acknowledgement of error, no apology whatsoever. Have also been told the issue was a flat tyre several hours before pick up time which seems to be their standard response whenever there is an issue (you can get the actual problem root cause from the driver directly…). Was not informed of the delays until 30min after the booking time despite having tried to reach the driver.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! do not use them. 3 times I have booked only to ve cancelled. We are currently in a UBER because they did not show up to collect us to drop at airport despite booking 1 week in advance and paying in full!! Scammers! We are waiting for a refund !! Every time same excuse driver not available! Apparently are driver was on his way but disappeared off the radar! I even called up yesterday to confirm as they let me down 2 times before. Uninstalling app now!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
You will book a hire 4 days in advance- they contact you every day to confirm everything- you are the most important customer to us , we are so happy you chose us ………. Then the night before you arrive they cancel !!!
To start with it was all drivers are off to pray at 11am then I change it to a 10.30 booking and it’s “ we have a driver who has Flu !! Then I say it’s not acceptable and they say “you ordered an 8 seater and it’s not available “
So which reason is it ?
Liars, unprofessional, and should have there operators licence revoked
Book it at your peril !! You have been warned !
