No size chart, Charge shipping every time
The website is not hard to navigate indeed but there is no size chart on most items, eg, no lengths and sleeve lengths for the pullover, no hip size for the PE shorts. And since there is no shop for trying items on, you can only order based on guess work.
Although the address is local, you cannot pick up from the office. You HAVE TO pay for shipping. So when you want to change to a different size, you have to pay for shipping again. I would say that is not fair!!

We're sorry to learn that you are not pleased with the shipping costs associated with your orders. We have worked hard to keep our costs down for delivery, since the school took the decision to close the onsite shop. We were instructed by the school that Direct Clothing provide parents an online only service.
All the stock is held at our fullfillment centre based in Wolverhampton and unfortunatley we do not have the capacity to have orders collected from the admin office.
We have taken on board your feedback regarding sizing guides and are looking to improve this

Apologies in advance, but...Purchasing bare minimum because of poor quality and sizing total disappointment. I wouldn't purchase if school would not dictate it. We are facing now a skin condition since last year (and medical bills), when my son first started using uniform, that simply doesn't go away.

Easy to order…
It is very easy to order school uniforms from here but it is a shame they never reopened the shop after Covid so you could get your child to try stuff on for size. Especially for the personalized PE kit. You have to guess and hope it fits. Returns are easy but then you have to keep paying postage if you need a different size. They are helpful on the phone if you ring for advice.
