Best price by far, £18.99 I upgraded from the Nova 5 which I loved and this one is better, it uses the same coils, pods are different though but cheap enough to buy. It comes with 2 coils so you can use both to see which suits. Usb cable comes with it also. Only gripe is that it automatically sets the wattage to suit the coil, it often resets by itself when in use so I have to adjust it quite often, good battery life and charges fast. So good Iv bought 3. Well packaged and delivery as described and promptly too. 4* because of the auto wattage setting, but I can live with that as it does the job for me. No issues with Directproductdeals. 10% off new customers, delivery is free if you spend £10

Not received delivery/poor customer service
Still not received order from the 30 Nov 24. Ignoring my multiple email chasers requesting an update. Can’t see any phone number on website to speak to some-one.
Still ghosting me, no contact from company. Trying now to get a refund. Avoid them at all costs. Feels like I have been scammed!

Avoid this company
Used this company via eBay to order some juices. Never had any issues and was a monthly customer since January 2024. This time round send the wrong juice out. Upon trying to communicate with them to deal with the matter they blocked me via the eBay platform from ordering again. Unprofessional. Avoid this company if you can to avoid any ignorance through their own negligence.
