If I don't have to get in touch with the seller, that means they are doing a great job. I am a busy man, i get frustrated if things go wrong with my order and I have to waste my time to sort things out.

So unimpressed!
5 days ago I received the wrong order which was half the value and not something I can use. I have sent 5 emails which include photos and my original order confirmation and have heard nothing back. I am so disappointed with the company.
