Personally wasn't very impressed with the quality of the mattress, however my 10 year old son was happy and finds it comfortable for him.

I was informed by text about the delivery of my bed, and the guys were in contact with me on the day, and did a great job of putting the bed together and having the drawers put in. Everything went well. My only niggle was the amount of time from order to delivery, which was close to a month.

Delivery was longer than what we was told. We had 3 failed delivery slots, with little to no communication. On the last failed delivery slot, it took for me to chase up as no one bothered to let us know.

I wanted a bed base with drawers at the end of the divan. I ordered what I thought was a base with ‘end’ drawers, and the descriptions led me to believe that the drawers were at the end of the bed NOT the sides.

The company have been in touch and have compensated me for the misleading nature of the item and have promised to alter the web site description.

I am now happy with the outcome.

I was unsure about buying a bed online, but the experience has been a positive one. Good quality product delivered on time by courteous and super efficient delivery guys.

From the first phone call to confirm the details to the lads who delivered the bed, everything was excellent. Communication was great keeping me informed by email and a phone call on the day of delivery, to confirm delivery time.
The bed appears to be well made. We haven’t used the bed yet as waiting to decorate the room it is going into.

I purchased this bed and mattress for my grandson and my daughter was extremely pleased with the quality of the bed and mattress. I got constant emails and texts about delivery, so was always updated regularly. I would highly recommend this company

Great product, efficient delivery, they just didn't wait around to remove and dispose of the packaging.

Overall we are really impressed with the service and the bed. The bed is comfortable and looks just as good as photos. The delivery was excellent and again very impressed with this. Slight issue that the instructions to put the headboard / clip the divan sides together wasn’t in the packing, but this was resolved quickly with a email. Thanks!

From start to finish the whole experience was professional and worry free. The guys who delivered our headboard kept us informed on when we were going to receive our order , the quality of the headboard was excellent. I would highly recommend this company. We will use them again.

I don’t remember the exact date but the delivery men didn’t assembly the bed and I was charged £60 just to recycle one mattress with no bed frame
