Brilliant dive equipment supplier

I had an excellent experience buying a dive knife from DiveLife. The website and ordering system is very good and the product information was accurate and detailed. The price was the best of any supplier and it arrived on time and is a very good knife. I can highly recommend DiveLife and also their Maniago Shark 9 knife.

Good experience, product as advertised

I had communicated with dive life to confirm that my order items were actually in stock before I finalized , and they confirmed by email with in 24h. The items where shipped out within 3 days and I was notified by email with a tracking #.
The next day the international shipping department of Royal Mail ( UK main post office center) was victim of a massive cyber attack, to which from this day is still recovering. I could not view tracking info, so contacted them again a few times and they always replied within a day or two.
Although it seemed items where stuck at post office because no info was available , I was surprised by a delivery at my door by the 6th week to Canada.
-communication was decent
-products as described on web site.
-they snuck in a surprise free dive magazine.
-prices were very reasonable even with exchange.

Very negative experience with Divelife

Very negative experience with Divelife. Ordered in October & delivered in Feb!!! Item not fit for use now ignoring me on chat, repeatedly. No phone number to contact so going to have to reclaim on credit card as not acceptable. I will never use again and insist others use more reliable stores online that respect their customers. Charged for delivery also, unbelievable.
Also do not agree with taking orders(money) from customers without yourself or your supplier having it in stock. On the website it states in stock so clearly not accurate or honest. Take someone's money 1st, then try to source and deliver item? Sounds fraudulent to me, hence the 4 month delay i guess. Avoid and use a reputable company to save yourself the hassle and if need an item probably wont come on time. Sarcastic telephone staff who make out customer is wrong. Even if it states in stock it is not true. No doubt an argumentative and sarcastic response from management in reply.....

item was out of stock with supplier for a long time, client had been emailed to notify the delay (yes it was a very very long delay)

customer ordered the wrong size item, perfectly fit for purpose but does require one to pay attention to what one is ordering.

Customer contacted us via chat stating it didnt fit, we replied, just send it back and we'll refund you no drama. chat was closed at that point.

phone number listed on google, which customer clearly found as he rung us being rude and agressive on phone. We offered a full refund, refund of shipping and provided a return lable to get the item back.

Great experience

Great experience, they didn't have what I wanted in stock (and unfortunately couldn't order it in time) but excellent customer service, they were really helpful, knowledgeable and really tried their best to help me.
