I’m still waiting on DHL to deliver the order. All the tracking information states that it will now be shipped the next day. I’m currently on the fourth day of waiting.
DHL are rubbish, suggest you find another courier.

Courier has let us down on this occasion. As soon as we were aware of this we shipped another parcel immediately via DPD which was delivered the next day. We have now moved to DPD for courier deliveries. We offer free UK shipping for orders over £50 and the majority arrive the next working day and can only apologise on this occasion for the delay in receiving the order.

Exceptional service for a prescription mask
Looking for a prescription mask for my forthcoming holiday. Chris very helpful with his advice on the telephone. I put in an online order with his suggestions on a Wednesday lunchtime. Simply the best…
An up and coming couple of holidays saw me trawling the internet for some good quality dive equipment, and Diving Direct came up top of the searches. Good quality diving equipment isn’t cheap so I needed to be sure I was buying the right product, and it would cover all my needs. I used the chat facility on the website and got some absolutely superb advice from one of the team - thank you.
I ordered and my purchase arrived the following day via tracked courier. I’m absolutely delighted with the kit - produced by Tusa who are renowned for their workmanship and quality.
After sales care was also superb as I had a couple of questions regarding how diving masks can ‘fog up’, and the best way to remedy this, and again I got a brilliant response which I followed - rub a non abrasive kids toothpaste inside the mask glass, leave overnight then wash off - - and this works! I can’t recommend Diving Direct highly enough. Thanks to the team for all your valuable assistance.
