You did. on 12/23/2019 at 10:40AM the server sent your order receipt to your email address, and copied us on it, we got it just fine. Then, on December 30, 2019 at 2:32 pm, the website sent you a tracking email, and copied us on it, we got it just fine. Sounds like your review would be better suited for your email provider, we're sorry they didn't deliver your emails to you!

The return policy is ridiculous

The return policy is ridiculous, so double check your order is right before you finalize your purchase.

Unfortunately for this customer, he read & agreed to the Return Policy (which has been in place since 2001) during checkout, then asked to return an opened crossfader, which per the Return Policy, is not returnable by the manufacturer. This person ordered the wrong crossfader, which is bizarre, then asked to exchange it, which we approved, against our Return Policy, but apparently he used it first so was not able to exchange it. Buyers should obviously read the return policy when they check the box during checkout that says that they read it...not to mention that our Return Policy blows away every other DJ equipment retailer online; it is by far the most lenient! Some people you just can't help apparently.

Bait and switch

Was looking for a Behringer SD8. I found that they had a great deal on one, so I ordered it. Moments later I got an email saying that the order was canceled because the price had gone up without behringer telling them. But that I could order again for a much higher price. I told them that they should honor their price, and they told me to refer to their terms and conditions. I proceeded to say that this was bad customer service, and that they could earn repeat business from me if they would just honor their price. But instead they just kept telling me that it wasn't their fault. I only ever replied to them when they emailed me. I was not harassing them, but they banned me from the site. They literally banned my IP address. This tactic of advertising low prices, to then hike it up after you order is a clear bait and switch scheme. STAY AWAY!

Small Business, Big Deals

I'm sooo excited to be getting my next DJ controller from this company. First off, I was glad to see they even carried what I was looking for (a Faderfox DJ44) and even more surprised once I saw the extended warranties that they offered. Plus, I'm a huge fan of PayPal, so I liked how that's their preferred method of payment. Can't wait to get my product and looking forward to doing business with this company again.

My ORDER NEVER SHIPPED!!!

I placed my order on Nov 28th, have received NO TRACKING info which means- they have my money- BUT NEVER SHIPPED MY ORDER! THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

awful customer service and dishonest about shipping delays as 12 weeks turned into over 6 mos delay.

I was originally told the record cabinet i ordered was out of stock and would be delayed 12 weeks. after 20 weeks i triend to contact "dj deals" and i could not find a customer service number and emails to the business received automated replies with no helpful information. i thought i had been scammed and was relieved when the item finally shipped more than 24 weeks from the ordering date. So if just feeling thankful when your nearly 200 dollar purchase finally ships after 6 months of hearing next to nothing from the business is the "dj deals" way of doing business i will never give them my business again in the future.

Big Test!

I just received the Acesonic VHF-8012 great buy from DJ Deals; unfortunately one of the microphones while in the charging cradle is not making contact. Following the instructions in the manual, I called Acesonic, the tech support told me that he can’t help me, to go back DJ Deals. Just sent an email explaining the situation with hope that they reply soon with specific instructions to solve this issue.
I’ll be more than glad to share the results with all of you.

Customer Service Unavailable

I had ordered a dust cover for my cdj-2000 nexus and replacement pads for my pioneer headphones. I only received the headphone pads and when I inquire about the dust cover I get no answer. I Can't speak with someone and the only response I received was an automated response to my email. The worse customer service. I would not recommend purchasing anything from here.

No support whatsoever.

Bought and Acesonic DGX-213 karaoke machine from this place it was defective when it arrived and the only help they gave is send it to Acesonic who has had it for three weeks and told me it may be a while before a replacement is shipped. If I had went with Amazon I would have my money back or a replacement already in hand. I guess you live and learn.

My New Preferred Source for DJ Gear!!

I ordered a Sefour X25 turntable stand from DJDeals. When I was first looking into this unit, I could not find anyone in the US who stocked this piece because Sefour is a European company. I stumbled across the DJDeals website through my searches, and thought I would take a chance. Not only did they stock the item (where no other US companies would), they had the lowest price and shipped it to me within a few days FOR FREE. I honestly figured I would receive the item in a month after it was shipped to the US and then on to me. I now have my X25 turntable stand all set up and absolutely love it. I will definitely be buying more gear from them soon.. probably KRK Rokit speakers.

Waiting far too long for a rush order

I ordered a CF-X2 back on June 2 2014. At that time the item didn't say it was on back order. I had rush processing put on my order. It is now over 2 months later with no contact from DJDeals on more delays with my order and now it looks like it could be a while before the item is off back order. I have ordered from DJDeals before and have been satisfied with the products I received but I have never had so little communication on a part that I actually need. Thank you for your time
