Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent, product was shipped in appropriate packaging; well protected. My only complaint was that the shipping process was slow. From the day of ordering it to the day of receipt was 9 days; 6 business days. No fault of yours but what made it worse was that the USPS tracking didn't update between the time the label was created to the time that it was received at the local office. From my end it appeared to have not shipped.

Shipping took a long time
Ordered some headphones and shipment was sent from CA to NY before being sent to me in CO. Consequently, the shipment took longer than it should have.
I was sent two different tracking orders and both matched the the info on the package. So, yes, this “guy” (aka “customer”) was clearly confused by the lack of proper shipping information.

Looks like this guy is confusing an order with us for some order from some other retailer. Clearly UPS shows nothing like what he said, and clearly UPS shipped the order directly from the manufacturer in NY to the buyer in Colorado.
Obviously UPS doesn’t ship things twice across the country, and never has.

amazing customer service
Great pricing and amazing customer service. Unfortunately there was a problem with my order and I didn’t receive the headphones in my deal. However after a 2 minute phone call explaining the situation the problem was quickly resolved and my headphones where sent out to me the next day. Can’t fault the customer service and friendly employee.
