This kid ordered a discontinued product, so the manufacturer canceled his order. He got mad at the manufacturer for canceling the order. Unfortunately for him, he meant to review Pioneer DJ, but reviewed the retail store.

They have no phone number to call and…
They have no phone number to call and dont respond to emails. Never notified me when my item would ship. Filled paypal dispute they gave wrong tracking info. Then threatened to report me to paypal for fraud over their fault. Avoid doing business with them.

How amusing! You were told by the manufacturer that the item was out of stock due to COVID-19 on Friday, April 17, 2020 6:37 PM and then you responded to that email on May 4, 2020, at 9:54 PM. Then you emailed again on May 11, 2020, at 10:20 AM and on Monday, May 11, 2020 5:32 PM the manufacturer informed you that they were out of stock due to a global pandemic (that perhaps based on this review, you were unaware was happening). Perhaps we should post all of your emails proving that this review is totally fake and that you were updated a total of 7 times by the manufacturer about the delay due to a global pandemic.
