While for more than two weeks I have been unable to (in any shape form, or fashion,) reach ANYONE at DJdeals, it took them less than 15 minutes to lodge a complaint with TrustPilot that my review violated the guidelines! Humm. What would the review be If that same energy had been invested in taking care of their customer? I have NEVER written a bad review for a company. But by now, in the midst of this epic time suck, it is the principal of the thing. I invite DJdeals to reach out to me to offer the baseline standard of support a civilized society has come to expect. Otherwise, I will invest additional time in warnings in other review venues available to me on the net. DJdeals, you have now raised the bar for being bad.

To all who read this review and wish to purchase something from DJdeals, be forwarned–– you CANNOT get in touch with these people. It is as if they do not exist. The obstacles to communication are many. It is designed that way.

In numerous attempts over the past two weeks to contact DJdeals to get a Return Authorization, every phone call is a busy signal (I’ve not heard one of those in 20 years) and my “click here” on the website to speak to someone about an RA promptly takes me to Chat to explain to the artificial person what I want to do. The AI (artificial intelligence) swiftly hands me over to “Just Answer Electronics and TV” where I am invited to Pay– to get an answer to my technical support question– that I do not have.
Astonished!

All I can say is: WHAT A JOKE!

I purchased the Behringer X Air XR12 12-Input Digital Mixer. I received it, within a few days and assumed all was well. I learned, to my surprise, that only the XR18 connects to my iMacPro via USB. The USB connection on the XR12 with, its stereo out signal, is only for storage and will not send to my DAW in the iMacPro.
Don’t walk. RUN! Don’t be lured in by a good price. You may find yourself screwed and stuck with a piece of very expensive equipment you can’t use!

If there was anything lower than one star, I would choose it.

Delivery was fine, but the bag was to big. I thought it was the smaller version. Your return policy is impossible, maybe it’s that way on purpose. Either way doesn’t help.

These guys kick butt! I was shopping for a 4 channel compressor unit that was in very short supply throughout the US. These guys not only got one to my front door in just a few days it was at a great price! Easy to work with and super professional!

I received the slip mats late because they came from Japan, but they kept me informed through the process & came quickly received them when they got to the states. They came well packaged & undamaged.
