I purchased some DJ equipment and had it delivered to Canada as the product is not available here. The product arrived damaged, no fault of DJ Deals, the supplier didn’t package the product adequately.
DJ deals went out of their way to make it right, refunded the damaged product and was very responsive through the whole process!
I will continue to use DJ Deals in the future, highly recommend this company!!

Pioneer DM-40 W
I ordered a pair of Pioneer DJ speakers. When I opened the box there were a little pack of haribo and a "DJ Deals" pen. I think that was a nice gesture from them. I like these kind of attention to the customers. The parcel arrived in time. Only the courier company did a little mistake so I had to wait an extra day, not a big issue.
(The given address wasn't transfered properly from djdeals to the courier even if I typed it correctly. They used the building's name to search the address instead of the postcode, so that led the driver to a completely different address.)

slow process
Took too long to send a confirmation code or to accept buyers order.
Replying to what dj deals had said: I did try to called, I did try to email you directly, but 1. You don’t have a phone number on your website. 2 the way you set up your site is set to you can’t freaking send an email. I have screenshots of all the process if you like me to send them to you. I tried. I had to call my bank for them to get a hold of you. Then 2 hours later you had processed my transaction after waiting 3-4 days. Other companies send me confirmation code withing 24hrs.
