This was one of my worst customer…

This was one of my worst customer experiences I have had in my life. I was lied to about the shipping and delivery date multiple times throughout the process. I would request updates and I was told to cancel my order. There was no help to get me valid information. I received my out for delivery email days after I received the package.. I would pay money to never have to deal with this type of incompetency again.

FYI - even during a pandemic you can respond and provide information to a customer... At every turn I was misled. You can report me to any list you want, but I hope nobody has to deal with this lack of communication and professionality again

I paid for an item which cost me $158 to ship to Puerto Rico and I’m still waiting for “shipping label to be made by seller” according to UPS. This is absurd. It’s been two weeks already.

ProX, the manufacturer that processed & shipped this order, has no idea why this person keeps emailing them complaining that they didn't ship the order. ProX shipped it in full, and ahead of schedule. The buyer just doesn't understand how the USPS website works apparently. Everyone here can clearly see that the USPS shipped the package long ago, so obviously this review is fake, and has now resulted in a permanent ban of this buyer from the website per the Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Looking at our email history it looks like you asked for an RA 4 times, and 4 times you were sent an response in less than 1 minute from our customer service team with instructions; and all 4 times you ignored the instructions.

Nobody else has ever had a hard time with a Return Authorization, in fact, 4 of our amazing customers just got RA’s today!

You’d probably want to refer yourself back to the Return Policy to see how everyone else does it, rather than leaving a fake review about things that never happened.

The tracking was good

The tracking was good. I was able to go to FedEx website and use the tracking number. But, the driver didn't seek my signature. He just left it on the porch. (The pandemic might have caused FedEx to change their policy for deliveries. But, I added the signature requirement for $5.99). I feel that I added it for nothing.

I actually DID contact them and was told I would get a call back.I never got the call back. I have witnesses who saw me open the box. I have the phone records to prove it. This is NOT a false claim.I also have the emails to prove it. If this is how you do business…
Do not go through DJDeals if you have an issue with an order such as missing merchandise. I actually contacted the company, Chauvet, and all I had to do was provide my invoice, and they immediately sent me my missing merchandise. They also said that they never said it was a false claim. I told them what happened, and they did not in any way imply that I had already gotten the merchandise.I often order lighting equipment, and I will go straight through Chauvet next time. Chauvet provided exceptional customer service (not DJDeals)! 5 stars for Chauvet!
