THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM!!!

RUDE RUDE RUDE! I have never dealt with someone more rude and immature. Never do business with a company that doesn't have a phone number! Also never do business with anyone who responds to negative reviews like a 3rd grader. Poor business model. Don't be fooled by the cheap prices...it's a scam! (Also DJDeals.com is trying really hard to have this review deleted!)

Datavideo canceled this persons order because Datavideo said that the order was not valid due to this person paying the wrong price. This person confused Datavideo with DJDeals.com. The women at DJDeals.com are not interested in having people like this as clients to begin with.

Very poor customer experience.
Paid extra $10 for fast processing. I paid $79 extra for 3-5 days international shipping.
I was sent an email saying my order was shipped within an hour on a Sunday.

It was only 3 business days before my package pickup and started tracking in your shipping system,.

We are now 7 days later and my package is still travelling at snail pace in the US. Your shipping sucks.

Stephane Blondin appears to be confused and left a review about the US Postal Service Priority Mail Express International shipment method that he chose during checkout because perhaps he couldn't afford the UPS options?

He meant to review the US Postal Service perhaps but seems to have accidentally reviewed the manufacturer of the product.

We will now stop-shipment on this package and return it to the manufacturer.

For clarification, this person placed an order on Sunday October 3, 2021 @ 12:38 pm.

This person chose US Postal Service Priority Mail Express International during checkout.

The US Postal service shipped his package October 3, 2021, 2:02 pm, 1.5 hours after he placed the order.

Now everyone can see that the package clearly has been in transit ever since, so that astonishingly fast shipping (1.5 hours) is days faster than even Amazon offers, yet this kid complained about it lol!!
