The vehicle was collected and checked over thoroughly. Paperwork was completed and signed. The vehicle was back within a week. Agreed, the work was a minor rear Bumper scuff, but the service was excellent. You wouldn't even know there had been damage.

Everyone I spoke to throughout the process was polite and helpful. Everything was explained very clearly. I was updated frequently with progress. Calls were returned when they said they would be. All my calls were answered promptly and dealt with professionally. The car was repaired and returned within a week and came back clean and shining - as opposed to the muddy dog-haired fill car I sent in!
Both gentlemen who collected and delivered my car were very polite, friendly and helpful.
Overall a very positive experience.
