Excellent, car picked up efficiently, very knowledgeable pick up driver, kept well updated about repair, understanding about the urgency and returned quickly fully repaired and cleaned, very happy with the visible workmanship.
The majority - all bar one - of all the staff we spoke to, from initial contact through insurance company to return by driver were excellent, professional, understanding and helpful.

The car was collected Grant a very pleasant kind man. Grant telephoned prior to his visit advising he was on his way. He explained the processes of repairing my car ensuring i understood what was to happen. Your office kept me up to date every 48 hours. Grant returned the car to me and again explained the repair. Such a lovely polite young man. Excellent customer service all round
