I’m happy with the repair but disappointed with the marks left on the roof and the bonnet. There was something that appeared to be adhesive on the roof and I’ve no idea what is on the bonnet. I’ve not been able to remove the mark on the bonnet. Unfortunately when the car was returned to me it was raining and the marks were covered by rain spots. Having signed to say I was happy with the repair I felt unable to do anything about it.

I found DLG Auto Services, Basildon, provided an excellent service from the outset, of reporting a car insurance claim. They were quick to make contact, and start the repair process. The damage inspection assessor arrived in two days. Update's followed advising parts were on order, and vehicle booking in date for repair given, plus estimated date for repair completion given. Hire car arrived on time. I got regular updates on progress, completion date was as estimated, so all good, like clockwork. The staff are polite, helpful and friendly, and respond to phone calls. Job done, one satisfied customer.

I have never had an accident before so was unsure of the process, I just uploaded my photos, my car was collected and the app kept me upto date on the repair which took 5 days, fantastic service from the reception team to the repair to the lovely delivery driver. 5 year guarantee on the work, made a stressful experience easy . Car originally returned in a shocking condition, patchy marks on plastic trim and further damage after the delivery driver hit a tree, although he tried to get away with not telling us. Car went back and was in for a total of over 4 weeks.
When it was returned for a second time, still has scratches on the area they damaged.
