Communication was good with me, but not between insurance company, garage and hire car company. The car looks great though and overall none of this was a real issue.

Minor insurance repair
The car was taken in for a minor repair and was returned with runs in the paintwork. It was returned to be rectified and what I was told was a 20/30 minute job has taken from Friday until the following Thursday(5days). This was also after several phone calls to chase it up. I would just like to add that all staff I spoke to were courteous and efficient

Bodywork is acceptable
The repair on the bodywork has been good however they missed the petol leak and fobbed me of with the excuse it's just a fuel filter that need replacing as a serviceable item. Now my car constantly reeks and leeks of petrol since the accident

I wanted to write to thank you for the service I have received throughout the process of my vehicle repairs. Everyone that has communicated with me has been friendly and professional and they've been a pleasure to deal with. The repairs were carried out much quicker than expected. On inspection of the end result, now my car has been returned, I am delighted with the quality of the work.
