Communication was good with me, but not between insurance company, garage and hire car company. The car looks great though and overall none of this was a real issue.

Absolutely joke no customer service calling people liers
Would give 0 if I could didn't let me know what they had done when I ask the question they hadn't done a part in which they called me a lier saying it wasn't done by the accident and they wasn't doing it who do they think they are to call me that when it's my car and I know what's what with it when it's my pride and joy there a absolutely joke it will never ever go there again who do they think they are it says on the phone line that if you having a bad time or disabled let them know and they will do all they can well that has just gone out the window your the last people I'd ring as I feel worst😰😰
Funny how I sent photos from my home camera to prove they were not already there and were from the accident I think it's a open and shut case in my eyes !!

We will repair any damage resulting from the accident but this excludes any pre-existing damage. your insurance company can arrange an independent inspection who will either uphold or reject our assessment. I regret we could not reach agreement in this matter
