Communication was good with me, but not between insurance company, garage and hire car company. The car looks great though and overall none of this was a real issue.

Excellent company
Excellent company, great communication and service. My Kia Proceed was picked up on Tuesday afternoon by a professional driver. It was repaired ( front bumper replaced) and was back on my drive Thursday morning. I cannot rate this company high enough

Everything was done quickly and professionally but unfortunately the wrong scuff plate was fitted and we are still waiting for the correct one to be fitted.

Really bad service…
Well it all started when my car was stolen and dlg picked it up to carry out repair work under my insurance well got the car back with vim numbers now put on polish and buffer marks on it all totaling 21 pictures taken i was horrified the state it come back to me so they offered to send someone out to buff it out so they sent someone round to my home to do the repairs mind you I was at work and the car was with me didn't even tell me they was coming so the guy called me when he was at my home and said he would get it rebooked but to top all that he posted the vim numbers stickers though my door for me to put not happy no no apology letter compensation this was at stechford dlg repair shop owned by direct line carrying work on Toyota and Lexus and our approved REALLY Mr Lees.

Surprisingly good duration of repair
I had a non-fault accident on the 21st of May, received a courtesy car for a week, had a booking for the car to be collected by DLG on the 29th of May and the car was returned back to me in pristine condition on the 31st of May. You really can’t tell that my car has been hit at all.
I am very pleased with the work being done (including the transport of vehicle) within 48 hours. What a job. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thanks DLG!
