Communication was good with me, but not between insurance company, garage and hire car company. The car looks great though and overall none of this was a real issue.

2nd time I’ve used them due to no fault…
2nd time I’ve used them due to no fault accidents. On both occasions they returned the vehicle to me having not fully carried out the repairs properly. Issues included not rectifying damage inside the vehicle, sat nav missing, badges being put back on the wrong panels and simply not repairing all accident damaged panels.

Sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service you received. We will repair any damage resulting from the accident but this excludes any pre-existing damage. I believe our team has advised you directly however your insurance company can arrange an independent inspection who will either uphold or reject our assessment. I regret we could not reach agreement in this matter
Terrible aftercare
Good communication at first and the work that they have completed is to a good standard. My car came back with damage to the wheel to which they rebooked in. It was taken back and delivered back the next day still damaged. I spoke to the manager, who said he’d source somewhere to complete the works and call me the next day. A month later, I’m still waiting for the telephone call and still have a damaged wheel. Aftercare is terrible!
