Speed of Service
Speed of service around the initial incident, outbound comms to me were good. It was quite difficult to reach representatives. Calls to the DLG number tripped to voicemail and were never returned.

Julie how disgusting is she telling a disabled person there jumping up and down. Then wouldn't give her name when called out on her comments to her then have the repairs cancelled on my car. What rat hole place. They state they had communication problems is why twice u didnt have a car for me. And when u get called out u say he swore and did this and that. GET THE CALLS LISTENED TO AINT NO1 SWORE. u guys are all liars.

I had my car repaired with DLG auto services through my insurance after having an accident. The communication was top notch, they kept me updated every step of the way from pickup right through to the return of my car. The work carried out was spectacular. Customer service is a solid 10/10. The repairs were done to high standard. The turn around for the repair was really quick. It took less than a week as the damage was not severe. Overalll brilliant service

Repair Process
The communications process was very good from start to finish. The car was picked up as per the schedule and the repair completed and the car being returned to plan. Some minor issues were experienced and handling of the observations were very good with an agreed way forward.
