Great two way communication from start to finish.
The driver who picked up the car was extremely professional and very informative.
The car was repaired to a very high standard and returned back to us promptly.
Great communication and keeping updated was very important to us, knowing that they had started the repair, then that the car was ready to be returned made all the difference and we were very happy with the service and repair.

I am genuinely pleased at the standard repair. I am an ordinary motorist with no special qualification in regard to cars and repairs. My only criticism was the time taken
( weeks) due to the in ability to obtain spare

We were kept informed from the very start of the repair process, the car was collected when it was booked for and the driver was very polite and professional, we were kept updated throughout the repair and even put back the return date as we were away on holiday with no problem, accidents are not very nice to experience but the fantastic service we received just made it so much easier

Over last 7 years DLG have done two repairs for me. On both occasions superb job and service. Professional friendly and quick. Kept updated throughout, all timescales advised kept.

Very good communication start to finish and nice and easy pick up/drop off from the house but once the car came back and we had a proper look round we started noticing a few things wrong the indicator on the side where they had replaced a panel had been broken so wasn't attached to the car and keeps popping of and hanging by the wire and a new bumper skirt was put on with no plastic rivets at either end so just came off either side. (Update 24/10/24) After a few emails back and forth someone was sent out to my address and both issues fixed.

Communication is key! DLG Autos were from start to finish..Staff were polite and sincere. My car was a mess inside due to soil going everywhere , I felt guilty about this but I was reassured it would be cleaned inside and out , it was , it was perfect , so clean…The staff I dealt with are an asset to your company and I salute 🫡 you and would highly recommend you , Thankyou again

Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Brilliant communication throughout. They have done an amazing job with the repairs, my car came back looking like new again and freshly valeted. Can highly recommend.

NOT SURE WHICH AREA I DEALT WITH BUT VERY HELPFUL AND STAYED IN TOUCH THROUGHOUT

All good apart from courtesy car was really dirty inside and out it absolutely smelt of cigarettes inside was covered in cigarette ash. Was pointed out by Driver to me.( I needed the car) Not impressed.
