The overall experience with DLG Autos…
The overall experience with DLG Autos is very good. The car had to go back for the electric window which was noise but these are minor problems to be adjusted and the arm rest, but they sorted it very quickly and the staff were very friendly and professional.

Work on my car was completed to a high standard and a minor issue with a non-operational door handle that wasn't picked-up by DLG during their pre-handback checks was quickly and efficiently sorted.
The only reason my review wasn't 5 stars is because communications were in my experience a bit lacking - my car was 'scheduled' to be completed on a Friday but then not returned unit the following Wednesday, which meant I had several days of calls from the hire car firm asking me when I was going to return the courtesy car. This was a pain and a little stressful due to work and other commitments.

They made everything straight forward and kept me up dated on the repairs, there was always a person to speak to, my car was collected and returned within the times I was allocated. The staff where all very helpful and professional.

Superb work
