Speedy car repair
I booked car in to be repaired and dropped it off at lunchtime on the day. My car then got repaired within a day.

First class service
Was a little apprehensive at being required by the Insurance company to use a company in Newbury to do the body work repairs given I live near Oxford. But the company picked up the vehicle and dropped off a courtesy car. Good communication followed on the stages of the repair and arrangements for the vehicle being returned. Very pleased with the standard of the repair. Cant fault the service.

Good communication.
Drivers collecting and returning my vehicle were well within the time estimates and contacted me when within 15 or so minutes of my house.
Everyone was polite and friendly.
The post-repair survey was a problem. It required a google account to enable completion (which I do not have) and offered no alternatives.

A great repair service
A great repair service, looks brand new finished in half the time predicted and super accommodating allowing me to hold on to the hire car a little longer than originally planned. Very friendly service all round great experience.

The staff were very helpful
The staff were very helpful - they explained everything and kept in touch to report on progress. They made the damaged bodywork look perfect, and returned the car in beautifully clean condition.
