Friendly helpful stafff. Collected the car. Assessed and repaired it and brought it back. All damaged fixed and cleaned inside and out. It took a while but there's a link to keep you informed of progress.

The Service I received was very good
The Service I received was very good. The main problem was that I had to wait a long time for a part to arrive. Initially, when my car was collected, I was told that the repair would take a week as they had been able to order all the bodywork parts from my photos. However, I had to wait over a month because of the delay in one part. The car was then returned and the repairs were done very satisfactorily. The person on reception in Newbury was very courteous and helpful.

Generally ok, but car very dusty inside, particular on seats, the plastic area around wheel arch had a white substance on it which was difficult to remove, still there slightly.
