Following the Online Arrangements , once works had been arranged , I was made extremely welcome, whether on the telephone or in person , every person was very professional , at the Office Reception , the Handover Personal and onto the Gentleman that returned the Car to my home address ..

Excellent experience with DLG Auto Services

Everybody we dealt with from Kate on reception to the gentleman assessing the damage and the guys collecting and dropping the car back off were courteous, sympathetic and efficient. We were kept informed of progress at every stage and the repairs were carried out speedily and to an excellent standard. First class service

Car returned with repair incomplete

Couldn’t fault how long the car took to repair - however replacement mouldings were poorly fitted on the wheel arch and driver’s door, leaving gaping holes between the moulding and the car body. Driver’s side wheel arch is very loose. Moulding on rear driver’s door has white paint that won’t come off on it. Not only this but they were meant to replace some of the body work after I was in a no fault accident and they have bent part of the wing edge meaning that when I open my door there is a loud crack as the edge of the door hits the bent out of shape wing edge. Unfortunately it’s the weekend but they gave me no time to inspect the car otherwise I would’ve sent it back there and then and the person dropping the car off had already signed my collection paperwork for me, surely this is fraud? Not only this, they also drove my car without my permission. Currently having to wait for my car to be recollected at some point next week and for another hire car to be provided. No doubt this will have to be provided by dlg as the bad repair has to be rectified by them. Such an inconvenience!

Fast and excellent service

Absolutely excellent service here! They took my car for repair at 9am and returned it beautifully repaired the following day at 4pm. All staff were professional, helpful and a delight to work with. Would highly recommend this company. Keep up the good work!

Superb Service!!

Someone damaged my parked car. Two doors of the vehicle had to be changed. My insurer Direct Line recommended DLG Auto Services. The whole process, from start to finish was professionally handled. All those involved - those who collected the vehicle, those who delivered the vehicle after repairs, the reception staff on the phone were all professional, friendly and courteous. I had regular updates and the car was repaired within a few days. Remarkable service! I was truly impressed. Hope the service level continues.

Really disappointing service

Really disappointing service. Car needed repairs due to accident but only confirmation provided on what they were doing was given verbally when meeting with the engineer to book in. When car was returned only part of the work had been completed and engineer denied it ever being agreed to and that it was not accident related (despite everyone else knowing it blatantly was) so had to involve insurance again to have them complete the work. This time the car has been returned with warning lights appearing for areas that repair work was given so need to contact them again to raise another issue. They only provide job numbers so you have to specifically ask to see what they have done and I would recommend having written confirmation of what they do prior to giving the car to them.
On the plus side, the drivers were phenomenal and the car came back very clean.

Accident repair…

The service I received was second to non. My car was collected and I was kept up to date with progress. On completion my car was returned not only repaired but cleaned outside and in.
