Everyone was friendly
Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. The bodywork repair job was well done. However, they managed to put a fresh scratch on the wing. They fixed this without any aggravation, so the final job is good, it just took a bit longer than it should have.

DLG were extremely professional in their dealings with me, were helpful on the phone and kept me updated as to the progress on my repairs. Only issue was they could not identify an issue and had to refer it to a VW garage but to be fair the VW garage took nearly two months to identify the problem.
