Great service when my car needed repair. I was kept informed of the progress and staff were very polite and courteous and went over and above to accommodate to collect and deliver my car with least disruption.

Good: The repair quality. Communication from repairer once they had the car.
Bad: 1. Booking-in date was later than insurance company had indicated (DLG said the insurance company, Churchill, should never have given me a date) 2. 1st attempt at pickup was arranged by phone the previous evening for "next day afternoon, and as late as possible". The driver arrived at 11.30am and tried contacting my mobile till 12.20 when he gave up and retuned to base. My wife's mobile had been given as a backup to mine but she was never called at all. 3. The courtesy car delivered was filthy (driver apologised). 4. By the time our repaired and cleaned car was delivered the 80 miles back to us, it too was filthy outside (should at the very least have been put through a car wash).
