Good repair, quick, professional and polite.

DLG Auto Services provided decent communication and updates throughout my car repair process. They were punctual with the courtesy car delivery and returned my car at the agreed time. The staff were friendly and helpful. While the repairs were carried out to a good standard, the overall experience was satisfactory rather than outstanding.

End result was good however it took two goes and a month without my vehicle.

Everything was straightforward and staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Repairs were completed 2 days before originally promised so no complaints there.
Really pleased how well the whole process went, was a little apprehensive at first, me being 77 but wouldn't hesitate in recommending DLG.

The service was absolutely fantastic

Everyone involved were fabulous. My car was repaired promptly and to a very high standard. The lad who came to collect and return my car was friendly and supportive. The communication from DLG Auto services was extremely good.

My car needed some minor bodywork following an accident caused by another car. I contacted my insurance who arranged for DLG autos to contact me to arrange a convenient dates. DLG collected the car a few days later. Within 48 hours the work was completed and the car delivered to my home address. The bodywork on the car is as good as new.

Kept me up to date, were very helpful with any issues I had and corrected them.

Fantastic service my car came back like new. The communication was second to none, kept us informed all the way and the return of my car by Lee was handled with care and respect. Thank you guys you did everything we asked and more. Super job.

From the first phone call to the last DLG were excellent!!! Even if I try I can’t find anything to complain about. The staff on the phone were polite, informative with a good sense of humour and all they said they would do, they did with spot on punctuality. The pick up and drop off lads were first class in every way, putting the car back on the driveway looking like I’d got a new car…… squeaky clean on both the outside and in, with no trace of repairs, job done to perfection!!

Well done DLG, I’ll give you 10/10 with 10 bonus points!!!!
