Brilliant service
Everyone I spoke to or met was extremely friendly, professional and helpful.
The arrangements for car pick up and return were agreed and were completed on the day and within the timescales I was given.
Upon return the car repairs were perfect and completed as quickly as possible - helped by the fact that 1 part was ordered prior to car collection as diagnosed from the post accident photographs I submitted as part of the claims process! When returned the car had been valeted and was immaculately clean.

My vehicle was picked up by DLG,and taken for repair,throughout the repair,we were able to track,at what stage the repair was,by the online app,on completion it was returned to my home address,together with a full valet,we were both Very pleased with the repair and the service given,,and have no reservation in recommending the company to both family and friends.
