Repairs were carried out to a very high standard and my car was returned to my driveway looking really smart. The pick up and drop off were arranged for times that were convenient for me.

Well I was very upset about my car accident but when I spoke to staff at DLG they were kind & helpful also I was finding it difficult to take the photos that they wanted & they were always pleasant & helpful. I got my car back sooner than expected which was great & it was spotless inside & out it looked like a brand new car & as it was later in the day than expected it was great to have it back & like I said the engineer that brought it back was also very pleasant

Getting my motability car picked up on Monday, so this a part review.
My car was damaged, when I was walking my dog, and the lowlife, did not even leave any details. Started procedure when made claim, and have to say, that from initial application, to courtesy car, its been well and truly fantastic, will finish review once car returned, but have never felt so at ease with whole procedure
Amazing service. You couldn’t tell the work had been done. Kept in contact all the way through the process. Totally recommend excellent service!
They took my car to repair, I had access to an online portal which kept me updated throughout the process, My car arrived back fixed and sparkling, work was completed in a few days, very impressed and highly recommend,

After sending photos of the damage.
I was informed when they would pick my car up and deliver a courtesy car.
The next day I was told it would take 2 weeks to repair, a week later I got a phone call and asked when it would be convenient to return my car and pick up the courtesy car.
The repairs were completed and the car was cleaned.
Only thing they scored for 150 miles of petrol as I filled up thinking I had the car for 2 weeks.
Excellent repair job, and nice that they came to collect the car and delivered it back to home thoroughly cleaned. However, it took longer (from 14-28 May for minor bodywork damage) to do than their first and second stated estimates indicated. First time round they had "received the wrong part", then later I received a text message to say it was ready, but when I called it wasn't. Weblink to monitor progress didn't work. So a bit frustrating but good end result.
They left the electric car switched on for prolonged periods, and on return the there was a warning light indicating a problem with the battery that I haven't had fixed yet. Don't know if the 2 are related (suspect probably not, maybe just a co-incidence), but seems to me they don't need the car to be "switched on" while bodywork repairs are being done.

Passed to DLG by insurer and compared to the insurer and other associated companies these were straight forward and easy to plan and have our car repaired .
DLG or more importantly there employees were helpful and informative as well has completing in a timely manner with execellent results.
We were kept in constant communication via telephone about progress and always very helpful and friendly staff. The car was returned having being repaired to an excellent standard and would definitely recommend this company to friends and family
