Car collected

Car collected, repaired and returned quickly, however vehicle had to be returned for work to be done that should have been done the first time.

Good and bad…

I liked the way our car was picked up and returned. Lovely, polite staff. My car looked great but, I didn't like that it didn't come back on the days promised!

Brilliant service.

From start to finish, the service was brilliant and informative throughout the repair process. The car was collected and delivered on time, and I’m very happy with both the service and the quality of the repairs. Highly recommended!

Damaged my car whilst in your care

Damaged my car whilst in your care. Then told me that it was there before it went in for repair. I 100% proved that it was not damaged in any way before it went in to your workshop. Then we got on to the repair itself. It was not complete when returned to me ??? Things missing off the car. The part you were supposed to have replaced was also damaged ??? Just a shoddy outfit. They do not care about your property at all. Never send your vehicle here I beg you.

My car went to DLG for repairs…

My car went to DLG for repairs following a collision in April. I refused delivery when they brought it back as it was clear the panels were out of line. My car was taken back to DLG for further inspection and repairs. It was brought back to me again still not right but I was asked to leave it on the drive until a technician could come out to look at it. I was told the technician would be able to realign it on the drive and buff out some marks that weren't present when they first took it. This work hasn't been completed yet. I don't understand how the repairs could pass quality inspection, not once but twice and still come back to me out of line.

Fantastic Service

I'm so pleased that my car was repaired by this company. Great service from the start, from collecting my car, leaving me a decent courtesy car and keeping me updated along the way. My car was returned looking absolutely mint from having been cleaned inside and out and most importantly the bodywork and respray was an excellent job.

Friendly and professional staff…

Everything was done by the friendly and professional staff to make the process stress-free. My car was collected and the courtesy car delivered on the date stated and the reverse process was two days earlier than scheduled. The courtesy car, which was only two years old, was as good as I could have hoped for. I can't praise DLG highly enough.
