From the very start DLG Auto Services were excellent at communicating with me and providing me with updates when they needed to. They have done an amazing job in repairing my car and I am very happy with everything they have done.

Damaged my car whilst in your care. Then told me that it was there before it went in for repair. I 100% proved that it was not damaged in any way before it went in to your workshop. Then we got on to the repair itself. It was not complete when returned to me ??? Things missing off the car. The part you were supposed to have replaced was also damaged ??? Just a shoddy outfit. They do not care about your property at all. Never send your vehicle here I beg you.

My car went to DLG for repairs following a collision in April. I refused delivery when they brought it back as it was clear the panels were out of line. My car was taken back to DLG for further inspection and repairs. It was brought back to me again still not right but I was asked to leave it on the drive until a technician could come out to look at it. I was told the technician would be able to realign it on the drive and buff out some marks that weren't present when they first took it. This work hasn't been completed yet. I don't understand how the repairs could pass quality inspection, not once but twice and still come back to me out of line.

Everything was done by the friendly and professional staff to make the process stress-free. My car was collected and the courtesy car delivered on the date stated and the reverse process was two days earlier than scheduled. The courtesy car, which was only two years old, was as good as I could have hoped for. I can't praise DLG highly enough.
