Very good repair service, which was done competently and within a very good time frame. One particularly good thing was that communication with me was good, keeping me in touch all through the process.
Car picked up and delivered back in perfect condition
The whole process was problem free from start to finish. Our vehicle was collected promptly and a courtesy car dropped off at the same time. Regular updates on repair progress were available online and the job was completed on schedule. I would have no hesitation in recommending DLG Auto Services.
the first repair was substandard and the car had to be returned to the repair centre. After returning the car back to the repair centre for re-work, there was no comunication from the centre at all, I had to call daily for updates and was told different information. Before my car was collected for the second I told the centre my MOT due, they said it would be ready but it wasn't

Great service, my car was collected from home on time and no problems. I was informed regularly about the repair with everything going to plan. The car was returned back on the time agreed. Good all round service.
My car is insured with Direct Line so it's not surprising they sent it to DLG. I was reassured to see the good reviews on Trustpilot and elsewhere before the repair and I'm happy to add to them now. DLG organised collection from the Volkswagen dealership garage, answered my queries about the work and resetting the tire pressure warning system, they completed the repair faster than was estimated, and they did so with courtesy. So far there's nothing wrong with the repair and I'd be very happy to see the car go to them again.
