We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. All repair work comes with a 5-year guarantee, and we are committed to ensuring we meet the manufacturers repair standards to ensure our customers vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. By investing in new technologies, we are preparing the business for the future and will have a better understanding of how technology will affect the design and manufacture of cars. Our high operating efficiency allows us to deliver excellent cost control whilst meeting our environmental targets through lowering emissions and increased recycling. We are exploring a range of solutions to embed our environmental goals as part of our emissions reduction strategy, including using alternative fuels such as hydrogenated vegetable oil and energy efficient lighting. Good work but excuses to only do half a job

What they did was well done but only did half of the damage and I was told it would be cleaned and valetted but it wasn't.

Professional and Helpful.

Right from the start Direct Line took the stress out of the situation and dealt with everything. They kept us informed of how things were going and collected, repaired and delivered the car on the date and time specified. The repairs were excellent.

Super speedy, very friendly and amazing work

Was contacted on the same day as my insurance claim logged (a Wednesday) was booked in for the following Monday and car was back by the Friday. Repair work very good, lots of updates during the process and a lovely clean at the end. Thank you 😊

DLG Auto Services Wakefield

I was given a time slot for when my car would be picked up from my home. They arrived as stated. They kept me updated by txt & phone calls over the two weeks they had my car in for repairs. They seem a very professional, reliable company. My car was brought back to my home at the time we agreed upon. All good.

Repair to my golf GTD

Had a great experience with the company when my car was reversed into they collected it did the job which was to a very high standard.i had a warning light that came on took it back and they sorted it straight away. the staff were very helpful while I was waiting for the warning light to be sorted plus a 5 year guarantee on the paint work 👍🏻

Brilliant company

Brilliant company, arranged pick up, kept me informed all through the repair process. Very fast. Only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was when I received a message to say the repair was complete & they would call to arrange dropping my car back off, they didn't so I spent 2 days trying to get through to arrange myself.
