Vauxhall Astra Bumper Repair - Sept 2025
DLG Autos carefully collected my car from my driveway in Leicester and popped it on a vehicle transporter to the garage in Warwick. I was told that I would be contacted by their damage assessor with an update within 24 hours. The call came the same afternoon and I was told I would have my car back within 2 days. True to their word they dropped it back to me, repaired and 'valeted' the very next afternoon - it was only a small bumper repair after all.
If I could give a 4.5 star rating I would, as I only deducted half a star because of the expectation that my car would come back beautifully 'valeted'. It was a cursory clean rather than a full valet. However, that aside, I can't fault their communication or their repair, which is fully guaranteed for 5 years.
