We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. Vehicle repaired after 2nd attempt and left filty dirty

Having had to use DLG for the repair of my vehicle following a collision, I can say that I would not use them or Direct Line again,
Having been told my vehicle repairs were completed after a few weeks, I went to collect it from their site in Warwick, I was meet with a very rude man who denied me the opportunity to test drive my vehicle and then had to point out there are still area of the vehicle that had not been repaired, I had to leave it with them for a further 3 weeks to complete these.
I finally picked up my vehicle today 15.08.25
To find the repairs has now been finished but the vehicle was completely filthy, If I had not been on my way to work I would have insisted on it being cleaned, but I was just thankful my vehicle was back on the road and would not have to deal with DLG again

A job I thought would take just 2 weeks but took 11 weeks
This company telephoned me every week and explained in detail the reason for the delays
( supply of parts ). This was most reassuring
They have a good team working for this company First class staff First class job. Thank you

Work was done through insurance

Work was done through insurance. Car was collected and returned by low loader on the days as promised. The repair was completed in only 4 days and communication was very good. Thoroughly recommend.

Fast and good communication

The communication was really seamless and upfront. It came back in a quicker time than what was expected.
The car was delivered clean.
What would have made it even better was if they had vacuumed the boot and also taken out the seat cover and paper in the footwell of the front seat.
As a disabled passenger, this was a real effort for me. But on the whole a really good service I would definitely recommend
