My insurers arranged for my car to go to DLG and my experience was an excellent one. All staff were courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. When I called to check out details regarding my courtesy car the phone was answered promptly and my queries resolved. Extremely great communication from them, I was very very impressed with that! They were very kind and understanding, the repairs carried out to my car made her look brand new. The only negative I have to say is that they were very kind to clean inside and out of the car and the inside on the dashboard it appears they either used some chemical or something went wrong as in they didn’t clear it off properly or something it looks smudgy/sticky, no damages as it easily comes off with a wet wipe

Repairs. There was a delay in getting the parts required for the repairs to my car following an accident. DLG contacted me every few days to inform me of progress & they also contacted the company from whom I had a hire car. The repairs are excellent, the car is as good as new

We took our car to a local bodyshop in Leics and they were full of doom and gloom; saying replacement parts would be months. DLG was the insurance company nomination, they collected and delivered our car promptly, and it was back to as good as new in two weeks. No issues with the colour matching, a pearl red Mazda colour. Excellent job.

Inpressive repair to Toyota Prius
I had a low speed collision in a car park in a 2018 Toyota Prius. The driver’s side light assembly hit the bumper of an oncoming car. Did a lot of damage to the front bumper, bonnet, front side panel and some electrics. DLG said it was repairable. They made an excellent repair and were very helpful and efficient.

My experience with DLG Auto Sercices Warwick in May 2025 was very good. excellent skills, great work done, attention to details and wonderful staff who updated me on the progress being done.
