Very good service, told me what was being done, and done it quickly

Except for delay in receiving some parts (not their problem), service was efficient and courteous and I was kept notified of all changes in schedule. Car was picked up and delivered promptly.

Great service and a fantastic job on the paintwork, looks as good ad new.

Dear DLG Auto services, just wanted to say a big thanks for turning my van around so quickly! Being a window cleaning service it would have been such a delay in getting my work done. Brilliant work, came back nice and clean too.

Very quick and efficient service. Car returned with a great finish, all repairs very well matched to existing bodywork.

All round excellent. Car picked up from home. Kept me informed about progress via internet. Repaired and returned in a week. All great service. Thank you.

Car repaired really well. Can’t tell the difference between old and new parts. Superb work. Interior was supposedly cleaned though it looked like someone quickly went around with a hoover leaving lots of dust behind. My car was quite dirty and used though, but still, it was supposed to be cleaned to a high standard and I went over it with my own hoover when it was returned. This is why only three stars not five.

From the start I was kept informed of when my car was to be collected and the work necessary to repair the damage. The chap who came to collect my car was very friendly and when it was returned, it was parked on our drive and the keys posted through the letterbox as I was out. Overall, we received excellent service and the process was made as painless as possible.

DLG collected my car from home on Tuesday, they kept me upto date with the ongoing repair process. Fortunately the damage wasn't too bad. On Friday, they called me to say all the repair work was done and my car was ready to be returned. I chose to collect it myself Saturday morning. The repairs are superb, you can not tell there was ever any damage. Plus, they gave my car a clean. Very pleased with the service.

Very thorough in providing information regarding collection of damaged car, regular communication regarding on how the repairs were going and then delivery of repaired car. The repair itself seems faultless and it was also completely valeted too! Great job.
