No after service support
When I received the car on 08/01, the external repair of the front passenger panel looked good. However, when I drove the car later that day, I noticed an odd friction sound in the passenger wheel. I informed them the next day 09/01, and a week later. Both times they promised to contact me "shortly", but I am still waiting.
Now the sound has gone, and I am worried about getting a nasty surprise in the future.

Professional, quick turn around and great communication
Really quick service, polite, informative, professional. Collected car at a time to suit me, and swopped with courtesy car at same time, repair made really quickly, car returned quickly, again at a time to suit me. My car was cleaned completely inside and out and was spotless on return, even though it had left me in an appalling state with mud everywhere due to three kids in and out of the car constantly in bad weather. Communication was easy, accurate and helpful with the telephone staff, the mechanics and the drivers.
Very impressed with the whole service.
